Summer School Tours

The Jefferson County Library received a summer reading grant
to include the Dunklin and Hillsboro summer schools in our summer reading program.
The Dunklin summer school visited the Windsor Branch while
the Hillsboro summer school visited the Arnold and Northwest Branches.

Students were given a tour of the library.
Students were able to check out one book each to be read during their classes.			Non-fiction books were very popular.
Students were able to look at magazines or graphic novels while in the library.			The students also enjoyed looking at the Talking Tree and doing puzzles.
The older grades completed a scavenger bug hunt in the library.			Younger grades were given time for puzzles, magnets, and reading.
