PUBLIC POLICY NO: PUB91-9
SMOKING AND USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS
ADOPTED: OCTOBER 17, 1991; revised June 18, 2008

Smoking or using tobacco products is prohibited inside facilities owned or leased by Jefferson County Library and in Library-owned vehicles. Smoking is also prohibited on all land owned by the Library, except in designated areas or inside the smoker’s own motor vehicle.
